Ex-Machina provides a personal AI companion service that allows you to create, customize, and interact with AI agents across messaging platforms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trials last 7 days.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ex-Machina for illegal activity, harassment, spam, or to generate harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ex-Machina is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including AI-generated content.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
